Product Description

 

The SUPT MOTION VCAR0006-0050-00A is a high-dynamic cylindrical voice coil motor that delivers a peak thrust of 6.2 N over a 5 mm stroke. Designed specifically for active vibration isolation systems, this voice coil motor generates a counterforce to eliminate low-frequency disturbances in precision instruments, optical stages, and semiconductor metrology equipment.

This actuator delivers a continuous thrust of 2.6 N at 25°C, with a back-EMF constant of 3.57 V/m/s and excellent thrust-current linearity. Weighing only 8.2 g, the moving coil enables rapid acceleration, thereby achieving real-time vibration suppression. With a maximum operating voltage of 15.7 V, it integrates seamlessly with standard servo amplifiers.

Active vibration cancellation (AVC) systems require actuators with fast response times and predictable force output. Traditional piezoelectric actuators have limited stroke, while pneumatic isolators lack bandwidth. The VCAR0006-0050-00A motor bridges this gap with a 5 mm stroke and millisecond-level response times, effectively canceling vibrations caused by floor movement, fans, or nearby mechanical equipment.

This voice-coil motor is also suitable for high-speed tool servo systems in precision machining, where small, rapid Z-axis movements improve surface finish. In optical focus tracking, the 5-millimeter stroke enables continuous autofocus adjustment without mechanical backlash. Its cylindrical profile (25-millimeter diameter) simplifies integration with existing vibration isolation systems.

With a more compact design, higher reliability, and lower maintenance costs, this voice coil motor is widely applicable in industrial inspection cameras, machine vision systems, visual positioning for product sorting, and industrial imaging measurement instruments, providing efficient, stable, and precise autofocus solutions for the industrial automation sector.
