SUPT's VCAB0044-0059-00A linear voice coil motor, with its high precision and high-speed performance, excels in semiconductor inspection equipment, automated optical inspection platforms, and advanced manufacturing systems. The motor features low damping and high bandwidth, maintaining minimal positioning errors and high repeatability during high-speed movements. Its cog-free design enables smoother displacement, making it especially suitable for micro-displacement adjustments, probe station positioning, dispensing, chip placement, test fixture positioning, and fast inspection platforms. Its outstanding acceleration capability also meets the strict requirements for rapid response on high-throughput production lines.
In semiconductor automation, the Linear Voice Coil Motor has become an essential actuator thanks to its high acceleration, nanometer-level precision, zero-cogging motion, and fast dynamic response.
